A cheerful coloring book with unique images from the daily life of Britt Dorenbosch. Color and look through her glasses as a mother and artist.
"One day I was coloring one of her coloring pages with my daughter - the kind you get for free at the bakery - and I noticed that I was much more into it than she was. That's when the idea came about. to create your own coloring book, for both adults and children.
I have been taking snapshots of everyday life for years. These are photos of life as a mother over the last four years. I zoom in on hands and feet discovering the world. Color is extremely important in this. I am drawn to cheerfully striped socks on the bright blue seats on the train or an orange tangerine being peeled by chubby toddler hands in a lilac sweater. These colorful moments serve as inspiration for my paintings and collages.
Some of these photos I know will never become a painting. But they are too beautiful to ignore. These images have been given a place in this coloring book. I invite everyone to create a colorful work of art together or individually from these images. "
